Questions to ask a clinic in Indore
What exactly is your "sapphire" or "advanced" technique?
Ask the clinic to describe the tools used for extraction, for making the openings and for placing grafts. Then ask what standard FUE would cost for the same number of grafts.
Who is the operating doctor?
Ask for the doctor's name and registration number. You can check it on the Indian Medical Register kept by the National Medical Commission.
How is the work split between the doctor and the team?
Ask which steps the doctor does personally. The ISHRS position is that scalp surgery should be done by a trained, licensed doctor.
What is not included in the quote?
Ask for a list of extras: PRP, medicines, blood tests, additional follow-ups and GST. Compare the total, not the headline rate.
What happens if I need a second session later?
Hair loss can continue around a transplant. Ask how the clinic prices a later top-up session and whether any follow-up treatment is included.
