Information for clinics

This page is for hair transplant clinics. It explains how clinics come to be listed, how to correct or remove a listing, and how we handle requests from people looking for a clinic. There is no fee for anything on this page.

How a clinic gets listed

You do not need to apply. We list clinics that meet a public rule, which is the same for every clinic: - the clinic has its own website - it has a public Google rating of at least 4.0 from at least 20 reviews - its own website shows that it offers hair transplants, and we can read it (a Google Maps category alone is not enough, and a site that blocks our checks or does not load cannot count) - it is open

We show up to 20 clinics in each city, with at most 2 branches of the same organisation. Clinics are ordered by their public Google rating, adjusted for the number of reviews; the clinics page for a city groups them by area and keeps that order within each area. The order is not our recommendation or a judgement of quality, and no one can pay to change it. We use ratings only to filter and order the list, and we never show them. If your clinic meets the rule but does not appear, the most likely reasons are that we have not searched your city deeply enough yet, that we could not read your website or find hair transplant evidence on it, that your city already shows 20 clinics or 2 branches of your organisation, or that your city does not have a page yet. You can tell us through the route on our contact page.

We never sell placement

Being listed is free. No clinic can pay to be listed, to appear higher, or to be highlighted, and we do not sell advertising on our clinic lists. Money will never change which clinics we list or their order. How we make money is set out in our commercial disclosure.

What your listing shows

• your clinic's name, address and area, from your public Google Maps listing, and its approximate position on a simple city plot
• the hair transplant methods and related treatments your website lists
• doctors' names, where your website lists them with a medical qualification
• one link to your website
• the date we last checked your details

We do not show ratings or reviews, and we do not copy your text or photos. We do not show your phone number or booking links, so people who want to contact you will use your website.

Your listing is not an endorsement. We state clearly on the site that we have not checked any clinic's quality, results or prices.

Correct your details

Our contact page shows how to send a correction. If correction requests are not open yet, it says so, and so does your clinic's page. In a correction, tell us: - your clinic's name and the city - what is wrong and what it should say - where the correct information is published, such as a page on your website

We check each change against your official website or other official sources before we make it. Please do not send patient information.

Ask for removal

If you would rather not be listed, ask through the route on our contact page. We confirm that the request comes from the clinic, usually through the contact details on your official website, and then remove the listing.

Claim your listing

A claim lets you suggest corrections directly. Your clinic's page and our contact page show how to send one, or say that claims are not open yet. We check every claim through your clinic's official contact details, such as the phone number or email on your website, not only the address you give us. We may ask for more proof. Each branch is claimed separately.

Claiming a listing is free. It does not change whether your clinic is listed or where it appears, and it gives no access until the claim is confirmed.

Requests from people looking for a clinic

Requests for help sent through this site come to our own team, not directly to clinics. Our help desk is opening soon; until it opens, people contact clinics directly through their own websites.

When the help desk opens, our team will speak to each person first. We will pass someone's details to a clinic only if they have given permission and confirmed it on a call with us. Whether we pass a request to your clinic will never affect your listing or its position.
