Questions to ask a clinic in Noida
Who is the operating doctor, and where are they registered?
Ask for a name and registration number. Doctors practising in Uttar Pradesh are usually registered with the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council, and you can search the national record on the Indian Medical Register.
Will a doctor or a technician do the extraction?
Many clinics use technicians for parts of the work. Ask exactly who does the extraction, who makes the openings and who places the grafts. The ISHRS says scalp surgery should be done by a licensed, trained doctor.
What exactly is in the package price?
Some clinics quote a single package figure. Ask how many grafts it covers, whether PRP sessions are included, and whether medicines, blood tests, follow-ups and GST are extra.
How will follow-ups work if I move or travel?
Follow-up visits usually continue for months. Ask how many are included and whether the clinic offers video reviews if you cannot come in.
