We call you on this number to check it is you and to tell you what we did. We use it for nothing else. International format accepted, for example +91 98765 43210.

Request reference (optional)

If this is about a request for help you sent to our team, its reference helps us find it.

What happens next

We record your request. Nothing is shown, changed or deleted at this point.
A member of our team checks that the request comes from you, using the contact details you gave: we call you on the phone number you gave.
They act on it and tell you what was done, including which clinics, if any, our team shared your details with.

A request for help sent through this site comes only to our team. We share it with a clinic only if you gave separate permission for that and confirmed it on a call with us, and our staff record every share. A clinic that already received your details holds them in its own systems and we cannot delete them from there, but we can tell you which clinics received them. How we handle personal details is in the privacy notice.
