- Per-graft quote. For FUE in Pune, most published prices fall in our range of ₹35 to ₹65 per graft before GST, and the wider market runs ₹20 to ₹110. A quote above ₹110 per graft should come with a reason you can check; one below ₹20 is worth asking about, including who does the extraction.
- Package quote. Ask how many grafts a package covers. A package of ₹1.65 lakh is ₹66 per graft for 2,500 grafts but ₹83 per graft for 2,000, above our typical Pune range though inside the wider one.
- Method. New Roots lists FUT and DHI. In Pune we estimate ₹55 to ₹110 per graft for DHI against ₹20 to ₹45 for FUT. Ask which method the clinic suggests for you, and why.
